Research from Abraham Maslow, the psychologist who wrote about our hierarchy of needs: food and shelter at the bottom; englightenment at the top, forms the basis of Donald’s book. What makes the book so interesting is how Donald weaves in good, successful leaders and every day people who exhibit one or several of Maslow’s 19 traits.
